Arsenal legend Thierry Henry has joined the coaching staff of Belgium where he will serve as assistant coach to Roberto Martinez.
The news was confirmed by the country’s football side’s official Twitter account by the likes of executive sporting director Chris Van Puyvelde.
Henry has previously been part of the coaching setup at his former club Arsenal, where he was in charge of youth development. However, the ex-striker fell out with manager Arsene Wenger this European summers, causing him to quit the club and paving the way for his link-up with the Belgians.
