Are Premier League games still on?
No. The Premier League has announced that matches will be suspended until April 4 at the very earliest.
Wednesday night’s game between Manchester City and Arsenal was the first Premier League game to face postponement.
Are England’s games in late March still on?
No. Friendlies against Italy and Denmark, scheduled for March 27 and March 31 respectively, have been cancelled and will not go ahead. Those who have bought tickets will be refunded within 14 working days.

Are EFL games still on?
No. EFL matches are cancelled until April 4 – the same protocol being followed by the Premier League.
Are Scottish Premiership games still on?
No. All professional and grassroots matches in Scotland have been postponed until further notice.
Are any football matches still happening in England?
Yes. Many non-league games are still going ahead. Currently, every fixture in the National League due to take place this weekend is due to take place.
Are Champions League and Europa League games still on?
All UEFA competitions, including Champions League and Europa League matches, have been postponed, due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Manchester City vs Real Madrid, Juventus vs Luon, Barcelona vs Napoli and Bayern Munich vs Chelsea are all postponed in the Champions League next week.
Manchester United, Wolves and Rangers will all have their matches postponed too.
The draws for the next rounds – which were set for March 20 – are also off.
Will Euro 2020 go ahead?
Euro 2020 is currently scheduled to begin in June, and will be discussed at UEFA’s meeting on Tuesday, March 17. Possible scenarios include delaying the tournament by a year or changing the format away from having 12 host countries.
Is it safe to attend football matches in the UK that are happening?
With many now cancelling plans to travel, there has been discussion among fans over whether it is in the best interests of safety to attend games.
The Centres for Disease Control recommends avoiding all non-essential travel to countries affected by coronavirus, though the UK is not currently on that list.
