Serbian defender Aleksandar Kolarov has labelled Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola as the best manager in world football at the moment.
The Blues slipped down to fifth place in the Premier League table following their 4-0 defeat against Everton on Sunday.
However, Kolarov believes that City will get better and better under the guidance of Guardiola and he insists that the title race will go down to the wire.
‘For all the players it is a great pleasure to play under him because he’s the best coach in the football at the moment,’ Kolarov told the Manchester City website.
‘As players, we can improve and we need to win more games but we are just at the beginning of a journey and I think we’ll get better and better.
‘I still think the title race will go to the very last day and we have to make sure we’re involved.’
Manchester City against Tottenham kicks off at 19:30.
