Manchester United midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan insists that he determined to win titles at Old Trafford.
The Armenia captain completed his transfer from Borussia Dortmund earlier this month and impressed during his unofficial debut in the 2-0 friendly win over Wigan Athletic on Saturday at the DW Stadium.
Mkhitaryan has since flown to China for Tour 2016 and arrived in China with the rest of Mourinho’s 25-man squad on Wednesday, according to the Manchester United website.
The 27-year-old hopes to feature against his former club Borussia Dortmund on Friday at the Shanghai Stadium.
‘It’s a very good opportunity to play for United,’ Mkhitaryan said.
‘Manchester are one of the biggest clubs.
‘I am very happy and I will try to do my best to help us win. We will try to do everything to win titles. It will be difficult but let’s hope we can have a good preparation and then we will see.’
