Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny has re-joined Serie A club Roma on loan for the upcoming season.
The Polish shot-stopper’s loan deal is subject to the completion of regulatory processes, according to the Arsenal website.
The 26-year-old, who spent last season on loan at Roma, helped the club to a third-place finish in Serie A, keeping eight clean sheets from 34 appearances for the Italian side.
Szczesny, recently represented Poland at the Euro 2016, keeping a clean sheet in their opening group game against Norther Ireland before suffering a thigh injury that ended his European Championship campaign.
Since making his senior debut against West Bromwich Albion in 2009, Szczesny has featured a total of 181 times for the first team.
