Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger believes the margin of difference between the teams in the Premier League has shrunk ahead of his side’s clash with Everton on Tuesday.
The Gunners ran out 3-1 winners over Stoke City on Saturday and it was the sixth time Wenger’s side came from behind to walk away with all three points in the Premier League.
The 67-year-old manager believes the Premier League has become even harder and has stressed the importances of staying focused on getting positive results.
‘When you look at the teams around us, you can see that the margin of difference between the teams has shrunk a lot. So the way you respond in every single game is absolutely vital,’ Wenger told the Arsenal website.
‘It’s a very important period where everyone has to be absolutely focused on our results and on the way we want to play.’
Arsenal will now travel to Goodison Park when they take on Everton in the Premier League on Tuesday.
Kick-off has been scheduled for 21:45.
