Leicester City defender Christian Fuchs insists that the Foxes have to put their opening Premier League defeat behind them and focus on their next match.
The Foxes fell to a 2-1 defeat at the hands of newly-promoted side Hull City on Saturday and must regroup fast as a home match with Arsenal beckons at King Power Stadium on Saturday, reports the Leicester City website.
Riyad Mahrez equalised against the Tigers after an Adama Diomande opener, however, Robert Snodgrass scored in the second half to give Hull all three points.
Fuchs admitted that the Tigers were a tough side to play against on the day after the Foxes suffered their first defeat of the title defence on the opening day.
‘Hull City played the way that a Premier League team plays,’ Fuchs said.
‘They played with passion, enthusiasm, had a very solid shape and it was very hard to play through.’
The 30-year-old defender insists the Foxes are looking forward to redeeming themselves when they take on the gunners in their next Premier League encounter.
‘We move on, and the next game is Arsenal now. Everybody is disappointed after a game like that,’ he added.
‘Obviously, you want to win your season opener but now we’re playing at King Power Stadium in front of our amazing fans and we’re looking forward to it.’
Last Season, Fuchs made a total of 34 appearances during Leicester historical title winning season, assisting five times in all competitions.
Kick-off has been set for 18:30.
