Arsenal will allow talented England midfielder Jack Wilshere to go out on loan in a bid to help him rediscover his best form, according to a report.
The 24-year-old star, who has struggled to retain to fulfill his tremendous talent, has been plagued by injuries over the course of his Arsenal career having progressed through the club’s youth ranks.
The midfielder has only made 80 appearances for the Gunners over the course of his career, including only three last season following a fracture to his left fibula, reports BBC Sport.
Meanwhile, Arsenal’s addition of £35-million Switzerland midfielder Granit Xhaka this summer has only served to increase the competition at the Gunners, who have an embarrassment of riches for the three midfield slots given the recent form of Santi Cazorla, Aaron Ramsey and Mesut Ozil.
But with less than 48 hours before the close of the transfer window, Wilshere may well be set to remain with the Gunners this term.
The England star last spent a season away from Arsenal in 2010 when he was farmed out to Bolton Wanders to get some first team experience.
