Kaizer Chiefs duo Itumeleng Khune and Ramahlwe Mphahlele have been called up to play for Bafana Bafana in the Afcon qualifier against Mauritania on Friday.
The Amakhosi duo will play in the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Mauritania on Friday, which is scheduled to take place at Mbombela Stadium.
Bafana Bafana have to win the match to still stand a chance of qualification, as Cameroon has already qualified in Group M, reports the Kaizer Chiefs website.
This match will be followed by the 22nd edition of the Nelson Mandela Challenge where South Africa will take on Egypt on Tuesday at the Orlando Stadium.
Meanwhile, Chiefs striker Lewis Macha has been called up to represent Zambia when they take on Kenya in the Group L of 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
In Group E, Amakhosi midfield Willard Katsande will lead his already qualified Zimbabwean national team away at Guinea on Sunday.
Kick-off has been set for 19:05.
