Ajax Cape Town head of youth Stanley Menzo says he is proud of how well U13 goalkeeper Luca Oliaro has done during his training with partner club Ajax Amsterdam.

The young shot-stopper has spent a week at de Godenzonen training with both the U13 and U14 side on Menzo’s recommendation.

Menzo revealed that the club was delighted with the young goalkeeper’s technical ability and have now extended his stay for another two days.

‘He did well, they were very happy with his technical ability,’ Menzo told the Ajax Cape Town website.

‘On his way back, he has been invited to train for another two days at Ajax and then he will come home.’
