National First Division side Black Leopards have completed the signing of Ghanian midfielder Mumuni Abubakar.

The Ghanaian, who joined Vasco da Gama on a free transfer last season has re-signed for to Leopards on a one-year deal.

‘It’s a done deal. Abubakar has signed a one-year deal,’ says an official at the club.

Abubakar is awaiting his work permit ahead of Leopards’ league opener against AmaZulu in Durban on Sunday, according to KickOff.com.

The 23-year-old joined Vasco in 2015 following a two-year spell with Lidoda Duvha, having previously played for Absa Premiership side Mamelodi Sundowns and Ghanian side New Edubiase United.
