Chippa United goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi has been selected for the Nigeria squad that will take on Algeria in the 2018 World Cup Qualifier.
The 30-year-old will make only his second appearance for his national team after his debut at the Rio Olympic Games.
Akpeyi already boasts nine appearances and three clean sheets in all competitions, having missed the first two Absa Premiership games this season.
The Super Eagles have been drawn in Group B and will now go head to head with Algeria in Uyo on 12 November.
Nigeria are currently leading Group B with Algeria and Cameroon trailing by a point, while Zambia are yet to pick up their first point.
