Golden Arrows continue their pre-season preparations when they take part in the Uthungulu Mayoral Cup this weekend.

The competition is aimed at giving back to the community as well as showcasing the talent in the province on a different platform, reports the Golden Arrows website.

This year’s tournament will include the likes of Abafana Bes’thende, Thanda Royal Zulu, Amazulu and Bloemfontein Celtic.

The competition sees each team participating in the tournament, travelling to differing areas in the district to give coaching clinics on July 22.

The draw took place on Wednesday that sees the first game of the day will be between A and Celtic.rr

Meanwhile, Arrows will play in the second match against Thanda Royal Zulu at on Saturday.

The winners of both encounters will then face off in final on the same day.

Amazulu vs Bloem Celtic at 09:00
Thanda Royal Zulu vs Golden Arrows at 11:00
