Swaziland coach Harris Bulunga insists that he is delighted that midfielder Felix Badenhorst has attracted the attention of PSL clubs.

The 27-year-old has previously played in the Absa Premiership during his two-year stint at Jomo Cosmos from 2009-11, reports Phakaaathi.co.za.

The Mbabane Swallows midfielder impressed for Swaziland during the ongoing Cosafa Cup, scoring five goals in four matches so far.

The Swaziland coach went on to praise the midfielders ability in front of goal and insisted that playing in the PSL would give him great experience, that will benefit him and his national team.

‘He’s a gem. His main strength is his heading ability and composure in front of goal,’ said Bulunga.

‘I believe he deserves the chance to play in a professional league, so I am hoping that the stories that are coming out that teams are interested in him are true so that he can go out there and gain experience of rubbing shoulders with other professionals. That will obviously benefit my team.’

Swaziland will take on Bafana Bafana in the Cosafa Cup semi-finals at the Sam Nujoma Stadium on Wednesday.

Kick-off has been set for 18:00.
