Golden Arrows forward Mauricio Barrios looks poised to make his return to the club after undergoing minor surgery on his cheekbone.
The 28-year-old impressed coach Clinton Larsen during his trial period which earned him a professional contract with the club but is yet to make an appearance following his injury due to the injury.
Following his injury, Barrios was forced to undergo a minor operation and has been using a face mask at training as protection, according to KickOff.com.
Having already been registered as one of the clubs five foreign players, Barrios is expected to make his debut for the club this month.
The Colombia forward has already played for Leones, FCR Valledupar, Juventud Antoniana, The Strongest La Paz, and Metropolitanos.
