Chippa United midfielder Tshwarelo Bereng has hailed the arrival of experienced campaigners Katlego Mashego and Sandile Zuke since joining the club in November.
Following the long list of injuries, the Chilli Boys opted to acquire the services of experienced campaigners to bolster the squad for this season.
The 26-year-old has revealed that the pair has become a huge asset to the club and says he is delighted with the fact that they share their wealth of knowledge and experience with the younger players in the squad.
‘They have not only added experience but quality to the side. There is always conversation between the younger players and the senior players on and off the field here,’ Bereng told the Chippa United website.
‘I am lucky to have known Katlego (Mashego) during our time at Moroka Swallows in 2013-14 season. He is always open to advise the younger players and together with other senior players are always there to assist.’
Chippa United will next travel to the Peter Mokaba Stadium when they take on Polokwane City in the Absa Premiership on December 14.
Kick-off has been set for 19:30.
