Chippa United have signed former Bafana Bafana left back Marc van Heerden from National First Division side AmaZulu.
The 28-year-old has put pen to paper on a two-year contract with the Chilli Boys.
‘Executive Chairman Chippa Mpengesi has confirmed the signing of left-back Marc van Heerden on a two-year deal,” United confirmed on Twitter.
Van Heerden has expressed his delight at signing for the Students ahead of the new season.

Usuthu transfer-listed the defender after the club failed to gain promotion back to the Absa Premiership last season.
