Cape Town City has been given a boost after striker Lehlohonolo Majoro returned to training after he sustained a hamstring injury on November 29.
The 30-year-old striker has been sidelined after he suffered a hamstring injury during his side’s 1-1 draw with Kaizer Chiefs at the FNB Stadium in November.
The Cape side has revealed on Social media that Majoro underwent a rehabilitation programme and he returned to training with the first team squad.
‘Our MAJOR is back!!! Majoro is still receiving some individual care, but we are delighted to see him back on the training field! #iamCityFC,’ CT City announced on their official Twitter page.
Cape Town City will now welcome Highlands Park to the Cape Town Stadium when the two side’s meet in the Absa Premiership on February 8.
Kick-off has been set for 19:30.
