Bafana Bafana star Keagan Dolly is currently a free agent following his departure from French club Montpellier last month and his agent insists the former Mamelodi Sundowns man is weighing up several offers.
Dolly formed a key part of the Sundowns team which won the Caf Champions League in 2015-16 season before moving to Ligue 1 with Montpellier.
Unfortunately, the forward struggled with injuries in his time in France which stopped him from reaching his potential but now, as a free agent and attracting interest from North Africa, Europe, Asia and in the PSL, he will be looking for the right club in what will be a key stage of his career.
As quoted by SoccerLaduma the player’s agent, Paul Mitchell of Siyavuma Sports Group, confirmed that his client has several offers on the table.
“We are currently considering Keagan’s next move carefully and have some offers to consider,” he explained, without giving too much away.
“Any decision will be based around trying to tick as many boxes as we can in several important areas, especially now given the current situation globally with Covid-19 and the challenges that has brought in many countries. Keagan is a quality player, now in his prime years and will be a great signing for any club.”
With Dolly now 28 years old, it is believed that he is still keen on playing abroad, whether in North Africa or Europe. He is, however, also willing to accept an offer to bring him back home but any deal from a PSL side would have to be financially beneficial for Dolly, which may prove difficult for South African clubs.
Rumours have suggested that Kaizer Chiefs remain interested in the player, but it looks like Dolly is not rushing into anything.
