Egyptian giants Al Ahly and Zamalek have reportedly shown interest in signing Mamelodi Sundowns star Khama Billiat after his impressive display in the Caf Champions League.
The two Egyptian Premier League clubs have already sent agents to South Africa to try lure Sundowns into selling the PSL Player of the Season, according to reports by Zimbabwean newspaper The Herald.
Al Ahly football director Abdul Aziz Abdul Shaffi has sent agent Shady Mostafa El-Tawila to speak to Sundowns over a transfer, with Zamalek also reportedly tabling an offer for the Zimbabwean forward.
The Brazilians have recently suggested that they will only sell their star player if a clubs offers them in the region of R25-R30-million, with reported interest from the likes of France, Belgium, and China.
Zamalek and Mamelodi Sundowns will go head-to-head in their Caf Champions League Group B clash at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Wednesday.
Kick-off has been set for 19:00.
