Ligue 2 side RC Lens have completed the signing of former Orlando Pirates striker Kermit Erasmus on a short-term loan move from Stade Rennais.
The French Ligue 2 side has confirmed that Erasmus had joined the club for the rest of the season, according to their official Twitter account.
The 26-year-old had struggled for regular game time after signing for the Rennais on a two-and-a-half year deal from the Buccaneers during the 2015-16 season.
However, Erasmus could only manage to make 10 Ligue 1 appearances for Rennais without scoring a single goal for the club.
RC Lens have now added Erasmus to their squad to strengthen the team as they battle to qualify for promotion to the Ligue 1. They are currently placed second on the Ligue 2 standings with 35 points, having won four of their last five games.
