AFC Eskilstuna CEO Mikael Larsson has praised former Moroka Swallows and Kaizer Chiefs defender Yagan Sasman following his move to the Swedish outfit.

The 27-year-old joined the Swedish club after parting ways with Moroka Swallows after two years at the club.

During his time at the Soweto outfit, Sasman scored three goals in 51 appearances across all competitions.

He now joins former teammate Tashreeq Matthews, who also plies his trade in Sweden for Allsvenskan side IK Sirius.

“Yagan Sasman is good at reading the game,” AFC Eskilstuna CEO Mikael Larsson said.

“He has great timing in his tackles and is good in the air. He is an experienced player with a lot of playing time at a high level.”

Over the course of his career, Sasman has scored six goals and registered one assist in 99 appearances in all competitions playing for Ajax Cape Town, Kaizer Chiefs and Moroka Swallows.
