Ajax Cape Town goalkeeper Jody February believes his side has what it takes to overcome Highlands Park at the Makhulong Stadium on Wednesday.
The Urban Warriors have recently turned around in form and have secured three consecutive victories in the Absa Premiership against the likes of Platinum Stars, Mamelodi Sundowns, and Golden Arrows.
The South African U23 shot-stopper says his side have to remain disciplined and use their three-match winning streak to give them confidence to fight for all three points against the Lions of the North.
‘It is evident the level of understanding is growing and it’s high. We have to remain disciplined and ensure we fight to win,’ February told the Ajax Cape Town website.
‘I also believe that winning three matches in a row makes us confident going to Highlands and they will have to be cautious about our recent form.
‘We have not started our campaign well and it is very important to finish on a high before heading to the Christmas break.’
Ajax Cape Town will be hoping to continue their winning ways when they take on Highlands Park at the Makhulong Stadium on Wednesday.
Kick-off has been scheduled for 19:30.
