Kaizer Chiefs defender Lorenzo Gordinho has returned to the club after spending time on trial at Danish club Aalborg BK.
The 22-year-old played the full 90 minutes for the Danish side during their 2-0 defeat against Bundesliga side Hoffenheim on Saturday.
However, Aalborg coach Morten Wieghorst has revealed that the defender has returned to South Africa following his trial period with the club.
‘He was in today and now we will take a final decision. We will announce then, but the starting point is that he returns home to South Africa tomorrow [Tuesday],’ Wieghorst said.
