Highlands Park are on the verge of signing both Thabang Matuka and Vuyisile Ntombayithethi ahead of the new Absa Premiership season.
Highlands are looking to strengthen their squad following their promotion to topflight by winning the promotion play-offs against AmaTuks and Mbombela United.
According to a source, the Lions of the North are close to completing a deal for the pair.
‘The club is talking to both Matuka and Vuyisile and the deal could be finalised soon,’ said a source.
Ntombayithethi represented AmaTuks in the Play-Offs, while Bloemfontein Celtic recently announced they would loan out former Maritzburg United fullback Matuka, reports KickOff.com.
The Lions of the North have also recently show interest in signing PSL veterans Katlego Mashego and Morgan Gould.
