Jomo Cosmos left back Cheslyn Jampies insists that he will be leaving Ezenkosi after not having being handed a contact renewed following the club’s relegation to the National First Division.
This season the 26-year-old was a regular starter for Ezenkosi picking up 25 appearances, netting two goals and creating an assist in all competitions.
Following a season in which he has impressed at left back for Cosmos, Jampies received his first ever call-up to the Bafana Bafana squad in March.
Jampies admitted that he is unlikely to stay at the club after Ezenkosi are yet to offer him a contract renewal.
‘It doesn’t look like I am going back to Cosmos because there hasn’t been any talks regarding a renewal. I am trying on working out my future for now,’ says Jampies.
According to KickOff, has established that Jampies is all ready in talks with a PSL club as his contract with Ezenkosi is set to expire at the end of the month.
