Although a spanner has been thrown in the works which has delayed Andrianarimanana’s arrival at Naturena due to a dispute with Madagascan club Fosa Juniors.
The other three signings have, however, made their debuts for the Amakhosi in the recent Bokone Bophirima Maize Cup, which Chiefs won over the weekend.
Khune, speaking at the pre-match press conference for the Shell Helix Cup match against Mamelodi Sundowns, singled out the Zimbabwean Billiat for special praise, while also hailing Mirwa’s potential.

‘Of course, I mean, you’ve seen how great his first touch is. He’s a great player, he finds the spaces and he capitalises,’ responded Khune when quizzed on Billiat’s ability.
‘He used to give us a tough time when we played against Sundowns and hopefully he will bring that to the club, and we will manage to find him with those quality passes so that he can punish other clubs – and not only my passes.’
Speaking on 23-year-old Mirwa, a left-back who came ABC Motsepe League outfit Buya Msuthu, Khune added, ‘Kaizer Chiefs gives all players [a chance] – we don’t look at where the player is coming from, as long as you are talented, dedicated, disciplined, a hard worker and show what you are capable of.
‘I have been supporting him and all the other senior guys have also helped him to settle down. He’s doing well, and hopefully he will do well throughout his stay at Chiefs,’ the Chiefs captain concluded.
