Golden Arrows coach Clinton Larsen says his side will stay humble ahead of their Absa Premiership clash with Mamelodi Sundowns at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Wednesday.
Abafana Bes’thende secured a late 1-0 victory over Highlands Park after midfielder Danny Phiri scored an 86th-minute goal on Sunday.
The 45-year-old coach hopes his side will stay grounded as they prepare for their encounter with the champions of Africa.
‘Yes, they’re the best team on the continent, backs to the wall, but we’ll stay humble,’ Larsen said after the match.
‘We’ll keep our feet on the ground and go there and work as hard as we did today.’
Golden Arrows take on Mamelodi Sundowns in the Absa Premiership on Wednesday.
