South African striker Lebo Mothiba has confirmed that he has signed with French Ligue 1 club Lille on a three-year deal.
The 20-year-old striker confirmed via Twitter that he has penned a professional contract with the French side.
Mothiba started his career playing for Diambars Academy in South Africa before making a move to Lille in 2014, where he played for their U19 squad for the duration of the 2015-16 season.
The striker linked up with the senior team for pre-season preparations after signing his signing a new deal with the club.
Last season Lille finished eighth on the Ligue 1 table and last won the French title back in 2010.
