Macheke completes loan move to Amabhubesi

Chippa United have confirmed that defender Zitha Macheke has been loaned to National First Division side Thanda Royal Zulu for the 2016-27 season.

The former Kaizer Chiefs defender will now link up with former coach Roger Sikhakhane at Amabhubesi for the season ahead.

The Chilli Boys had recently signed the defender on a two-year deal after his contract with the Glamour Boys was terminated in May

‘Defender Zitha Macheke has joined NFD outfit Thanda Royal Zulu on a season-long loan. Macheke signed a two-year contract with CUFC effective July 2016,’ Chippa United confirmed on their Twitter.

United have also announced the signing of defender Simphiwe Mtsweni on a three-year deal.
