Kudakwashe Mahachi has confirmed his return to Golden Arrows ahead of the 2016-17 Premiership season, despite interest from Kaizer Chiefs.
The 22-year-old wing quit Arrows at the end of last term having made 25 appearances for the club across all competitions.
Now, however, Zimbabwean has agreed to return to the club, where he will be reunited with coach Clinton Larsen, reports Goal.
Bobby Motaung, the Amakhosi’s general manager, had been coy when quizzed about his interest in the player, but following Mahachi’s return to Arrows, their interest appears to have evaporated.
Mahachi himself took to Instagram to confirm his return t0 Abafana Bes’thende, having originally joined the club on a loan spell from Mamelodi Sundowns.
Though still contracted to the Brazilians, the wing has once again failed to become a part of coach Pitso Mosimane’s plans.
