Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane insisted that his side will use a more open approach in their Caf Champions League Group B opener against ES Setif at 08 Mai 45 on Saturday.
The Brazilians have recently been reinstated into the Caf Champions League group stages after AS Vita Club were disqualified for fielding an ineligible player.
Mosimane is considering giving Sundowns more freedom to attack during their Caf Champions League encounter, reports KickOff.com.
‘Tactical approach, maybe we should open a little bit more because we were a little bit cautious somewhere, somehow and we learnt from it,’ Mosimane said.
‘Maybe [this time we should] have fun and go with the way it’s been going, and see how it goes.’
This season Mosimane has guided Sundowns to a cup double, placing first on the Absa Premiership table, winning the PSL and the Telkom Knockout title.
Sundowns will also meet Nigerian side Enyimba and Egyptian giants Zamalek in the rest of their Group B fixtures.
