Chippa United executive chairman Siviwe Mpengesi has sent heartfelt condolences to the Hlomla family following the passing of their son Zandisile Hlomla.

Zandisile was one of the clubs prominent supporters and he epitomised what a Chippa United Supporter is all about; passionate, committed and humble.

Mpengesi says the club are saddened by his passing their number one support and has thanked the Hlomla family for sharing ‘Cirha’ with the club.

‘We would like to take this opportunity to thank his family for sharing ‘Cirha’ with us in the past few years,’ Mpengesi told the Chippa United website.

‘The stadium environment as well as the Chippa United Supporters choir is now poorer without Cirha. He may be gone, but he will forever remain in our hearts.’
