Zambian forward Mwape Musonda will now returning to Orlando Pirates following his season-long loan at Golden Arrows.
This season Musonda has helped Abafana Bes’thende secure a ninth place finish in the Absa Premiership, scoring two goal and one assist from 15 appearances.
Goal has learnt from an insider at Pirates that Abafana Bes’thende are open to retaining the services of the former Zanaco striker.
‘Look, his future along with other returning players will be evaluated when pre-season starts,’ the source said.
‘Even though, Arrows have indicated that they would like to keep him, he is coming back and threre’s no guarantee that he will be staying with the club,’ a source added.
Before his loan move to Arrows, Musonda had previously only made two Absa Premiership appearances for the Buccaneers.
