New Cape Town City head coach Jan Olde Riekerink admits that his side needs time to adapt and adjust without any judgement.
The Citizens are currently winless in their last three games and last tasted victory when they defeated Polokwane City 5-3 in a thrilling clash at Cape Town Stadium on 6 November.
City will now be hoping to return to winning ways when they welcome Chippa United to Athlone Stadium in their next Absa Premiership encounter on Saturday afternoon.

The Mother City-based outfit currently occupy 11th place in the league standings with 13 points from 13 games, while the Chili Boys are rooted at the foot of the table with 11 points from 13 matches played so far this season.
‘Coaches are not magicians; one day to another, there is suddenly a rabbit? We need time to change, they have to adapt – and again that is not a judgement on how we’ve lost, but is about what I want,’ Riekerink told the media.
‘I don’t know [how long they need to adjust], but they already are. I enjoy training with them every day; they really work hard, their attitude, I must really say that it is fantastic.’
Cape Town City against Chippa United kicks off at 6pm.
