Newly Promoted side Highlands Park has signed midfielder Brandon Theron from Milano United on a three-year contract.
According to KickOff.com, the Kinnes team manager Sean Ferrier confirmed the deal and insists that this is a great opportunity for the 23-year-old midfielder.
‘Yes, I can confirm that “Junior” (Brandon Theron) has signed a three-year deal with Highlands Park,’ Ferrier said.
‘We would’ve loved to hold onto him as he was an important player to our club. However, this is a massive opportunity and also a very good deal.
‘It would have been foolish to stand in his way as he gets a chance to play top flight football.’
The 23-year-old joined Milano from Stars of Africa in 2012 before spending four seasons with the Kinnes.
Highlands Park has already secured the services of Zimbabwean defender Augustine Mbara from Dynamos FC.
