Al Ahly head coach Pitso Mosimane felt his side should’ve scored more goals against Zamalek, despite scoring five goals against the defending Egyptian Premier League champions.
The Red Eagles walked away with the bragging rights in the Cairo derby after they secured a 5-3 victory over Zamalek in a thrilling contest at the Cairo International Stadium.
An own goal from Mohamed Abo Gabal followed by a brace from Ali Maaloul and goals from Mohamed Sherif and Aliou Dieng saw Ahly move to the top of the table with nine points
