South Africa’s test schedule for this year is yet to be finalised but it is expected they will play against France and Ireland in a four-test programme in November.
Leaks from the South African Rugby Union suggest the Springboks will take on Wales in Cardiff on November 1, France in Paris on November 8, Italy on November 15 and Ireland in Dublin on 22 November.
It will be a return to the Stade de France for the first time since winning the 2023 World Cup final over New Zealand. They also beat France there in the quarter-final and England in the semi-final – all three by a single point.
The Boks last won in Dublin in 2012 and last year drew a two-test series against Ireland in South Africa, succumbing to a late drop goal in the second test in Durban. Prior to the series, South Africa had lost three in a row to Ireland.
South Africa will have an easy start to the year against Italy and Georgia in July before the Rugby Championship where they play the All Blacks away twice.
Their away game against Argentina will be played at Twickenham in early October.
