Mamelodi Sundowns are in talks with Bloemfontein Celtic over the possibility of signing midfielder Thapelo Morena.
Kaizer Chiefs is one of two club set to be interested in securing the services of Morena, but are yet to make an offers for the midfielder.
Sundowns have begun talks with the Free State club though and could push for a deal sooner rather than later to ward off their rivals, reports KickOff.com.
Morena will be representing Amaglug-glug at the upcoming Cosafa Cup and is a strong candidate for the Rio Olympic Games, after being involved in 31 matches for Phunya Sele Sele this season.
