Mamelodi Sundowns are interested in trying to sign Bidvest Wits midfielder Ben Motshwari during the January transfer window.
The 25-year-old has been in great form this season having already made six appearances in all competitions and helping his side to the top of the Absa Premiership table after six matches.
A source at Sundowns has revealed that the Brazilians are set to make an offer for the midfielder, according to KickOff.com.
‘Pitso [coach Mosimane] rates Motshwari highly. There has been talk and the club is expected to make an offer to Wits,’ the source said.
Meanwhile, the source confirmed that Keagan Dolly is expected to leave the club at the end of the 2016-17 season.
‘Dolly is definitely going. The club has made an irresistible offer and the player is keen to move to Greece in January,’ the source added.
Mamelodi Sundowns will next lock horns with Kaizer Chiefs in the Absa Premiership on Saturday.
The match at Loftus Versfeld Stadium kicks off at 15:30.
