Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Percy Tau believes he is a changed man following his spell on loan at Witbank Spurs.
The 22-year-old has only just returned to the club following the loan spell but was utilised almost immediately as he was thrown in off the bench against Zamalek in the Caf Champions League.
‘For me it was a great experience [to play in Cairo], and I am grateful to have been handed the opportunity having just returned from Spurs,’ Tau said, reports Goal.
‘Of course we had to do our tactics, when I came in we just had to protect what we had because even a draw was good for us.
‘I just did what I had to do, make a positive impact.’
Tau has expressed his gratefulness at returning to Chloorkop.
‘Everything is different, I am a different person from the person that left [in January]. I come back to Sundowns in the PSL, I understand what has been done, I kept on checking on Sundowns while I was at Spurs and I am just grateful for the opportunity to come back and show what I can do,” Tau concluded.
