Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Siphiwe Tshabalala is confident that new tactics will help turn the team’s recent form around.
The Glamour Boys’ winless streak has extended to six games following a 1-1 draw with SuperSport United at the FNB Stadium on Wednesday.
The 32-year-old veteran believes his side are starting to play as a unit and is confident that Amakhosi will return to winning ways.
‘Until now we have not been doing as best as we can. The most important thing is that we are slowly but surely getting there,’ Tshabalala told his official website.
‘The game was an interesting one. We started slow but got the hang of it. I think that we are starting to click as a team and according to the changes we are trying to go through regarding tactics and all. Rome was not built in a day, so we have to be patient and the good times will return.’
The Soweto Giants sit fifth on the Absa Premiership table with 16 points after 10 matches, and four points behind Bidvest Wits in first.
