Watch as former Orlando Pirates forward Lyle Foster played a starring role for KVC Westerlo, grabbing two goals and two assists in their 5-1 victory over KSK Lierse Kem at the Herman Vanderpoortenstadion this past weekend.
The win stretched Westerlo’s lead at the top of the Belgian First Division B to 10 points over second-placed Waasl Beveren, having won eight games, three draws and conceding only one defeat in 12 matches so far this season.
Foster, who was named man of the match, opened the scoring on the half-hour mark before setting up teammate Erdon Daci for for Westerlo’s second.
The 21-year-old completed his brace and grabbed Westerlo’s third on the hour mark and following that up with an assist for Jan Bernat to snatch their fourth before Léo Seydoux put the game beyond Lierse Kem.
The South African was unable to complete his hat-trick as he was substituted in the 79th minute by Kyan Vaesen.
