Chippa United captain James Okwuosa believes his side need something special if they want to defeat Orlando Pirates at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium on Tuesday.
The Chilli Boys suffered a 2-1 defeat to Cape Town City at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in the Absa Premiership on Saturday.
The 26-year-old is well aware of the importance of the game and believes a victory over the Buccaneers can help his side turn their season around.
‘It is not going to be easy, we all know the magnitude of the team we coming up against. We need something special, something to get us back on track,’ Okwuosa told the Chippa United website.
‘If we win on Tuesday regardless of our position on the log table, everyone will forget about the past six games.
‘The mood in the camp remains high, everybody knows what is at stake. We had a good session on Sunday, and it was good to see some smiles at training. Everyone is positive.’
Chippa United against Orlando Pirates kicks off at 19:30.
