Naas Botha will resume his studio duties for the first time on Saturday after the on-air incident involving Ashwin Willemse on 19 May.
SuperSport confirmed on Thursday that Botha will join fellow analysts Gcobani Bobo, Breyton Paulse and Robbie Kempson in the studio for two local matches between the Bulls and Jaguares (3:05pm) and Stormers and Sharks (5:15pm).
Xola Ntshinga will host the panel discussion.
Willemse walked off the SuperSport set during a live discussion, alleging that Botha and Nick Mallett had ‘undermined’ and ‘patronised’ him.
An independent investigation has since found that there was no underlying racism, thus clearing Botha and Mallett of any wrongdoing. But it remains unclear when and, indeed if, Mallett will return.
Meanwhile, on Thursday Willemse tweeted for the first since the incident occurred, after graduating with a masters of management in entrepreneurship and new venture creation degree from Wits University.
