Jesse Kriel is set to play for the Blue Bulls against the Sharks at Kings Park on Saturday.

The Springbok centre was not included in Rassie Erasmus’ touring squad for Argentina and will be given a chance to stay match fit in the Currie Cup.

Meanwhile, Aston Fortuin, Eli Snyman, Boom Prinsloo and Duncan Matthews have all recovered from their respective injuries and will also be available for selection.

However, the Bulls will be without the services of Ruben van Heerden, who sustained a concussion during their 34-12 win against the Free State Cheetahs in Bloemfontein.
