The Bulls have reiterated that coach John Mitchell is under contract until October 2019 after England apparently expressed an interest in his services.
Paul Gustard left his post as England defence coach following the June Test series against the Springboks, and it’s believed that Mitchell was one of the candidates being considered as his replacement.
On Thursday, the Bulls confirmed that Mitchell had informed them that interest had been shown in his services, but that no formal offer had been received.
