Uncapped Western Province hooker Scarra Ntubeni and his provincial teammate Wilco Louw have been called up to the Springbok squad in Pretoria.

In addition to the duo, regular Springbok captain Siya Kolisi, fellow loose forward Marco van Staden and WP utility back Dillyn Leyds also linked up with the squad ahead of Saturday’s clash with Argentina.

The five players joined up with the returning Springbok squad at the team hotel and later took part in the Springboks’ closed evening-training session held at Loftus on Monday.

This Saturday’s battle against Argentina will serve as the Boks’ penultimate World Cup warm-up game, and their last before the 26 August squad announcement for the showpiece event in Japan.
