Scott Barrett, Matt Todd and Owen Franks will not be available for the Crusaders’ match against the Lions in Christchurch on Friday.

Tighthead prop Franks has been ruled out with a shoulder injury, while Barrett and Todd have both been given an extended break by coach Scott Robertson.

Meanwhile, hooker Codie Taylor and wing George Bridge have returned to full fitness and are available for selection this week.
