Coach Nollis Marais has made three changes to the Bulls starting XV for Saturday’s match against the Kings at Loftus.
Right wing Trevis Ismaiel slots straight back into the run-on team after recovering from an injury he sustained in May. Kefentse Mahlo drops out of the side.
In the other change to the backline, Tian Schoeman earns a starting berth at flyhalf in place of the injured Tony Jantjies. Tinus de Beer will provide cover off the bench.
In the front row, Lizo Gqoboka starts at loosehead in a rotational swap with Pierre Schoeman, who is on the bench this week.
Junior Bok Ruden van Heerder could make his Super Rugby debut if he comes off the bench. The lock comes in for Renaldo Bothma, who sustained a broken arm against the Sharks at Kings Park last weekend.
